How can you help my individuals find jobs?
We partner with vocational counselors to help individuals secure employment by strong advocacy and direct job development.
We start by meeting (in person or remotely) with the individual to create a Job Plan. After creating the Job Plan and a resume, we focus on identifying opportunities that fit the individual’s skills, work restrictions, and goals by contacting employers directly.
Throughout the process, we maintain open communication with both you and the individual, providing updates and ensuring timely progress toward placement.
If you're not local to the individual, how can you find jobs successfully?
Proactive job search makes the difference. With over 18 years of experience delivering return-to-work services across the country, we’ve placed individuals in rural areas, large cities, and everywhere in between—without being local.
We focus on targeted job development, ATS-friendly resume creation, and clear employer communication to uncover real opportunities that fit the individual’s goals and restrictions.
Being on-site alone doesn’t drive results—consistent, proactive job searching does.
Isn’t it better to have a local job developer who knows the area?
Not in practice. Unless the job developer is tapped into every employer when a job opening arises, there is little to no benefit. Even if they drive by a “Now Hiring” sign, they still need to call the employer, gather the details, and confirm whether the job is a good fit.
We’re already doing that.
Our outreach doesn’t depend on being nearby—it depends on being thorough. We monitor listings, call employers directly, and verify openings.
Location doesn’t give an edge—consistent effort does.
Do you help with interviewing and getting ready for the job?
Yes. We help individuals prepare for interviews, practice responses, and build confidence. In addition, we provide real-world tips and strategies to job interviewing success. We also assist with employment onboarding so they’re ready to start strong and succeed in the role.
What happens after someone gets hired? Do you provide follow-up support?
Yes. We offer post-placement support to help ensure the transition goes smoothly—for both the individual and the employer. This includes check-ins, wage verification, and retention tracking. If any issues arise, we step in to help resolve them quickly and professionally.
