Frequently Asked Questions

If you're not local to the individual, how can you find jobs successfully?

Modern recruiting is driven by online job boards, company career websites, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)—not newspaper ads or “Now Hiring” signs.

Being local makes little difference in today’s hiring process. Even if you find a job through a physical sign, you’ll almost always be directed to complete an online application and go through the same digital hiring process.

Do you help with interviewing and getting ready for the job?

Yes. We help individuals prepare for interviews, practice responses, interview role-play, Q&A guidance, and more. In addition, we provide real-world tips and strategies to job interviewing success.

What happens after someone gets hired? Do you provide follow-up support?

Yes. We offer post-placement support to help ensure the transition goes smoothly—for both the individual and the employer. This includes check-ins, wage verification, and retention tracking. Support is provided to the individual for 90 days, sometimes longer.
